The latest model of the r1200rt was introduced by BMW in the year 2009. The vehicle has a 1170cc oil cooled DOHC opposed twin engine. The compression ratio is 12:1 and features a six speed gearbox. The engine produces a maximum of 110 bhp at 7750 rpm and a torque of 88lb-ft at 6000 rpm.
The vehicle features a tubular steel chassis and two 320mm discs in the front and a single 265mm disk in the rear. The total kerb weight of the bike is around 260kg and the fuel capacity is 25 litres. More on the bike in the following posts. Stay tuned.
